About Us

Established at the start of 2012, we provide a comprehensive, high calibre board executive search service for NHS organisations.   
 
We are an integral part of the NHS Leadership Academy and are entirely self-funding. Our focus is on the identification of senior leadership talent for the NHS, supporting career development and working with hiring organisations to appoint the very best people into board-level roles.
